Role & responsibilities

• Operate VMC machines with DMG, MAZAK, Mitsubishi, and Haas controllers.


• Set up jobs, load tools, and perform tool offset and work offset adjustments.


• Read and interpret engineering drawings and machining instructions.


• Monitor machining operations and maintain dimensional accuracy.


• Perform basic machine inspections and maintain quality standards.


• Follow production schedules, safety procedures, and 5S practices.


• Experienced operators should be able to work independently; candidates willing to learn may also apply.

Preferred candidate profile

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical qualification preferred.


• Experience operating VMC machines with DMG MAZAK, Mitsubishi, or Haas controllers will be an advantage.


• Basic knowledge of CNC/VMC operations, cutting tools, and engineering drawings preferred.


• Freshers and candidates willing to learn VMC operation are welcome to apply.
