Job summary

Chandukaka Saraf And Sons in Maharashtra, Koregaon Park is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to develop engaging store displays that reflect our brand and drive sales.

You will implement planograms, design store layouts, coordinate events and launches, and train sales staff on visual merchandising. Regular market visits and data-driven optimization are required.

Experience in jewelry retail and strong communication with internal teams are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising ideally in Jewelry retail.
• Strong understanding of Planogram principles and ability to create effective layout designs.
• Excellent communication skills for working closely with internal stakeholders across various functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement visually appealing merchandise displays that align with brand standards and sales goals.
• Planogram implementation, including creating detailed layouts for stores, ensuring optimal product placement and visual flow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute in-store events, promotions, and product launches.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with planograms, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Analyze sales data to inform visual merchandising decisions, optimize product assortment, and drive business results.
• Provide Visual Merchandising training on a seasonal and regular basis to sales staff & Operations Team. Travel regularly for market-visits and archive observations with learnings regularly
