Job summary

Urban Ladder in Bengaluru is seeking a Visual Merchandising Lead to plan and execute VM across our retail stores, optimize layouts, and lead the VM team. You will own NSOs, ensure VM readiness, and maintain brand guidelines across all locations.

The role requires strong experience in retail VM, store design, AutoCAD/DWGs, and proficiency in graphic tools like Photoshop/Illustrator. A background in design or retail VM is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Retail Visual Merchandising planning and execution.
• Experience in New Store Opening (NSO) and store launch activities.
• Strong knowledge of store layout and fixture planning.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD/drawings.
• Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to manage and lead a VM team.
• Experience in retail design / visual merchandising is preferred.
• A background in Design, Retail Design or Visual Merchandising will be an added advantage

• Coordinate with Retail, Design, Operations and other stakeholders for smooth execution
