As a Visual Merchandiser, your key responsibilities include:
1. Follow Brand Guidelines: o Setup Displays: Arrange store displays exactly as Marks & Spencer directs to keep everything looking sharp.
2. Product Handling: o Customer Experience: Place products in a way that helps customers find and enjoy their shopping experience.
3. Mannequin Styling: o Outfit Display: Dress mannequins according to the brands guidelines to show off the latest fashion styles.
4. Store Dcor: o Windows & In-Store: Create high-quality window displays and in-store decorations based on seasonal themes.
5. Use Sales Data: o Find Sales Opportunities: Look at sales numbers and popular products to spot chances for boosting sales.
6. Understand Customers: o Consistent Look: Know the brands customer base and make sure the stores appearance matches the brands image consistently.
7. Equipment Knowledge: o Use Tools: Be skilled in using the tools and equipment needed for setting up displays and decorations.
8. Teamwork: o Communicate: Work closely with store staff and the Visual Merchandising manager to keep the brands look consistent.
9. Follow Processes: o Stick to Guidelines: Adhere to the visual merchandising procedures to maintain store standards.
10. Marketing Displays: JOB PROFILE Promotions: Set up marketing materials and promotions in the store as planned.
11. Update Store Management: Regular Check-ins: Meet with the Store Management team daily and weekly to update them on visual displays and get feedback.
12. Weekly Floor Walks: Improve Sales: Walk through the store with Store Managers each week to find areas for improvement and suggest ways to increase sales.
