The Creative Operations team operates as an internal creative agency, bringing together designers, art directors, program managers, and quality teams to deliver scalable, on-brand creative solutions. We support a high volume of work across multiple business lines, including Prime Video, Sports, Channels, and Studios, balancing creative excellence with operational efficiency.
Creative Operations is seeking a Visual Designer (Seasonal) with the ability to deliver clean, digital-ready designs based on established creative direction, style guides, and brand guidelines in a fast-paced production environment. This role requires strong design fundamentals, typographic expertise, and high attention to detail, along with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver at scale within defined timelines.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of digital design processes and tools, with experience working in high-volume environments. They are able to execute against established creative direction, adapt and version assets across formats and locales, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners. This role requires strong time management, flexibility, and the ability to quickly ramp up and contribute to production needs.
An online portfolio is required, along with successful completion of a design assessment.
