You will lead ideation, mood boards, color palettes, and visual directions aligned with brand guidelines, applying research and trend analysis to inform decisions, and ensure consistency across digital and marketing assets while collaborating

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in visual or graphic design.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Photoshop, with working knowledge of complementary design tools.
• Mastery of design fundamentals: typography, composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative problem-solving and versatile visual approaches.
• Experience developing comprehensive visual systems that maintain consistency across applications.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects efficiently in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively.
