About GSS

The Global Scale Services (GSS) team at Prime Video is composed of designers, producers, QA specialists, and operations managers responsible for creating and delivering high volumes of digital assets. We are seeking a Visual Designer capable of producing clean, digital-ready designs based on existing style guides and brand guidelines in a fast-paced environment. Strong design skills, typographic expertise, attention to detail, and web design experience are essential. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is crucial.

Key Responsibilities

1. Create on-brand digital design solutions aligned with business goals and project requirements.
2. Develop layouts and visuals that support and reinforce business objectives, collaborating with marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
3. Ensure designs meet campaign and project guidelines.
4. Optimize digital images for various devices including web, mobile, and large screens.
5. Follow and apply graphic templates and style guides.
6. Maintain quality in creative production independently.
7. Manage multiple project requests while meeting tight deadlines.

A Day in the Life

1. Create innovative, multi-platform graphics based on key art and input from partners and producers.
2. Follow SOPs and guidelines to complete production tasks.
3. Collaborate with design leadership and product management to deliver high-quality creative that meets placement specifications.

Basic Qualifications

• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Design or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work independently.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Capacity to support multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
• Online portfolio demonstrating strong visual design skills across various media and platforms.
• Exceptional attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with mass creative production projects.
• Video editing and AV project handling skills.
• Experience working with global teams and localizing creative content.
• Background in advertising and entertainment industry.
