Job summary

Orcapod Consulting Services in Hyderabad is seeking a multimedia designer with 2–6 years of experience to work on UI/UX, web design, and eLearning projects under a contract-to-hire arrangement.

You will translate storyboards into learning assets, craft visuals using Adobe tools, and collaborate with a team to meet deadlines during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate qualification; BFA/Design preferred.
• 2–6 years experience across learning media: UI/UX, web design, eLearning, motion graphics, infographics, print design, audio editing.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word and PowerPoint).
• Expert in multimedia tools listed (Adobe suite); ability to illustrate is a plus.

IT IS A C2H (contract to Hire role) for 6 months, expandible based upon performance

Qualifications Required

• Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline. Desired: Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA), Bachelor of Design, or Diploma in visual/Web Designing.
• Two to Six years experience in different learning media types, such as UI and UX design, Website design,eLearning courses, motion graphics, Infographics, print design, audio editing
• Working knowledge of MS Office (MS Word and PowerPoint)
• Expert in a variety of multimedia tools, such as Adobe Animate, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Indesign, Adobe Premiere and audio editing software • Ability to create freehand and digital illustrations Preferred
• Possess a flexible work style and be able to work beyond the normal schedule during peak periods in order to meet deadlines
• Work effectively, with minimal day-to-day supervision, and within a team environment to significantly contribute to the success of the team
• Keen on exploring new tools and technologies. Sharing knowledge with team members
• Possess a client-service mindset and a desire to take on tough and challenging projects
• Pro-actively investigate and mitigate risks, coordinating with team members and others to resolve issues, and elevate issues as necessary
• Outstanding visualization skills and the ability to translate them into visual elements for a learning environment. Additionally, advanced attention to detail will be required for success in this role
