We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Motion Graphic Designer/Animator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their animation and design skills across various digital mediums. They should be passionate about creating visually compelling and effective animations/designs that align with our clients brand identities and goals. Talent Development involves creating and implementing programs to enhance employees skills and career growth. This includes training, mentoring, and performance management. The goal is to help employees reach their full potential and contribute effectively to the organization. Responsibilities also include identifying skill gaps and developing strategies to address them. This role is essential for fostering a skilled and motivated workforce. Deliver instructional information for an audience based on learning activities approaches to help an organization achieve their learning goals.

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience (6 to 10 years) working as an Animator/Motion Graphics artist, or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of animation projects.
• Technical skills:
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects (advanced level), Premier, Animate, Adobe Audition and other relevant design software.
  • Should have basic knowledge of Generative AI.
  • Knowledge of 3Ds Max, DaVinci will be a plus.
• Creativity and Design skills:
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  • Ability to participate actively in brainstorming/ideation sessions to bring in new ideas.
  • Ability to conceptualize and execute original ideas.
  • Attention to details is a must.
  • Should have strong storyboarding skills.
  • Advanced sound engineering skills will be a plus.
• Soft skills:
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and receive feedback.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Open to learning and adapting to new tools, techniques, and design trends.
