Job summary

Awign is seeking a skilled Visual Designer to lead visual design projects, ensuring high-quality learning media and corporate collateral. You will translate storyboard concepts into engaging visuals, animations, and presentations, collaborating closely with teams to deliver polished assets.

The role requires 4–6 years in learning media types (UI/UX, websites) and expert proficiency in Adobe Animate, Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, and audio editing software.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline. Desired: BFA, Bachelor of Design, or Diploma in visual/Web Designing.
• Four to Six years experience in different learning media types, such as UI and UX design, Website construction and delivery.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (MS Word and PowerPoint).
• Expert in a variety of multimedia tools, notably Adobe Animate, Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere and audio editing software.
• Ability to create freehand and digital illustrations.
• Creative assets for eLearning and digital learning: WBTs, CBTs, ILTs, simulations, infographics, icons, and microlearning modules.
• Graphic & Animation (Level 1 and Level 2).

Job description

The visual designer assists in all visual design projects ensuring client satisfaction with all services and deliverables.

The visual designer is accountable for creative, visually appealing design, formatting, production, and delivery of rich

media projects, professional-level presentations, high-end animation, proposals, reports, marketing materials, and

other corporate collaterals. The visual designer is responsible for/dependent on effective teamwork and

communication. In addition, the visual designer is responsible for fostering a positive and collaborative work

environment to effectively leverage resources and maximize utilization and turnaround without compromising quality.

This position requires proficient experience in multiple software packages and the ability to produce large volumes of

work consistently and accurately.
