Ashirvad Pipes is seeking a Visual/Graphic Designer with 2–7 years of experience to craft compelling brand and product communications across campaigns, digital and print. You will transform technical content into clear, engaging visuals while maintaining brand consistency.
The role blends thinking and making, with ownership from brief to final artwork, and the opportunity to explore AI-assisted ideation and faster execution across multiple formats.
Were looking for a Visual/Graphic Designer with 2–7 years of experience who can bring together strong creative thinking and equally strong execution.
This isn’t a role where you’ll design the same thing every day.
One brief might ask you to create a visual idea from scratch. Another might involve turning technical product information into something people can actually understand. And sometimes, it’s about taking a great master creative and executing it flawlessly across multiple formats.
You’ll work across brand communication, product storytelling, campaigns, digital, social, print, retail and sales communication, with plenty of opportunities to see your work move beyond your screen and into the real world.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys both sides of design:
We want someone who does not wait for every pixel to be briefed, but someone who can understand the problem, explore possibilities and bring a point of view to the work.
You can start with a blank artboard, explore possibilities and develop a strong visual idea rather than simply execute one.
Typography, composition, hierarchy, imagery, colour and spacing matter to you. You notice when something is almost right, but not quite.
You can take technical, detailed or product-heavy information and turn it into communication people can actually understand.
You enjoy developing the idea, but you’re equally comfortable taking it through detailing, adaptations and final production-ready artwork.
You ask the right questions, take responsibility for your briefs and work comfortably with different stakeholders to move things forward.
You should be strongly hands‑on with:
Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, After Effects, motion graphics or video editing would be an added advantage.
