Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking a Visual Design Associate to support the creation of digital assets for digital learning solutions in Mumbai. You will design graphics, illustrations, and motion elements that enhance training experiences, while learning industry-standard tools and AI-powered workflows.

The role expects 6–12 months internship or 1–3 years of experience in graphic or multimedia design, with a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related fields.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic or multimedia design.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Awareness of AI tools in graphic design (e.g., MS Copilot, Adobe Firefly, Synthesia, Midjourney, Runway).
• Basic knowledge of AI prompting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to take feedback and adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital learning content.
• Follow brand and learning guidelines to produce consistent visuals.
• Edit and repurpose images, icons, and templates for e learning modules.
• Support senior designers in prototyping and visual storytelling.
• Create simple animations, GIFs, and transitions to support learning modules.
• Edit videos and audio to support interactive learning content.
• Experiment with AI tools to enhance productivity and design quality
