Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Independently develop high quality graphics, icons, and layouts for training programs.
• Design interactive infographics, visual storytelling, and illustrations.
• Ensure accessibility with WCAG and apply UX principles to learner engagement.
• Mentor junior associates in design tools and workflows.
• Create high end 2D/3D animations and interactive videos.
• Integrate AI-driven voiceover and avatar tools; work with AR/VR content.
• Oversee post production quality (colour grading, sound).

What would you do?

• The Senior Analyst drives advanced visual and motion design for digital learning solutions. Youll design graphics, illustrations, or motion elements that enhance training experiences, while learning industry-standard tools and AIpowered workflows. They lead complex design projects, ensure quality standards, and mentor junior designers.
