Job summary

Qualifications

• Support senior designers in prototyping and visual storytelling.
• Motion Graphics Designer Role: Create simple animations, GIFs, and transitions to support learning modules.
• Edit videos and audio to support interactive learning content.
• Experiment with AI tools to enhance productivity and design quality

What would you do?

• As a Media and Graphics Associate, you will support the creation of digital assets for digital learning solutions. You Ll design graphics, illustrations, or motion elements that enhance training experiences, while learning industry standard tools and AI powered workflows.
• Talent Development process
• In depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Awareness of AI tools in graphic design industry (e.g., MS co pilot, Adobe Firefly, Synthesia, Midjourney, Runway).
• Basic knowledge of AI Prompting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to take feedback positively and adapt quickly.
• Creative thinking with attention to detail.
