Job summary

Bilvantis Technologies in Maharashtra is seeking a Lead Programmer Analyst/Technical Lead with 5+ years of experience in VisionPLUS-TRAMS/FAS development. The ideal candidate will lead a team of 2 to 3 members, develop and customize applications, and possess strong knowledge in the Cards domain. The role requires strong skills in Mainframe technologies (COBOL, CICS, VSAM & JCL) and effective communication with customers. Flexible shift work is expected, along with a proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in VisionPLUS - TRAMS/FAS development.
• Strong knowledge in the Cards domain.
• Hands-on experience with VisionPLUS FAS and/or TRAMS.
• Good oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize applications in VisionPLUS FAS and/or TRAMS modules.
• Lead a team of 2 to 3 members.
• Communicate with customers and produce daily status reports.

Role

We are looking for a highly self‑motivated individual with VisionPLUS - TRAMS (AND/OR) FAS development as a Lead Programmer Analyst/Technical Lead role, expectation should work independently and ready to lead 2 or 3 team members.

• Experience should have 5+ years to 12 years.
• Strong knowledge in Cards domain
• Should have VisionPLUS FAS (and/or) TRAMS hands on Experience
• Develop and customize applications in VisionPLUS FAS (and/or) TRAMS Modules
• Should have strong development skills in Mainframes (COBOL, CICS, VSAM & JCL)
• Should be good in Authorization and Interchange Functionalities.
• Understanding on the SDLC.
• Understanding on the Agile methodologies.
• Communication with customer and producing the daily status report.
• Should have good oral and written communication.
• Should be a good team member and ready to lead a team.
• Should be proactive and adaptive.
• Should be flexible to work in shifts.
