Qualifications

• 5+ to 7 years of hands-on mainframes development experience.
• Strong development skills in COBOL, CICS, DB2 & VSAM.
• Hands-on COBOL-DB2-CICS programming.
• Strong knowledge of file handling, arrays, batch processing & online transaction processing.
• Independently analyze requirements and develop COBOL, CICS & DB2 solutions.
• Exposure to JCL, REXX & CLIST is advantageous.
• Strong debugging and abend resolution within SDLC & Agile.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide a team of 2–4 members.

Job Description: Mainframes (CICS) Development – Lead Programmer Analyst (Exp: 5+ Years to 7 Years).

We are looking for an experienced Mainframe Developer with strong hands-on expertise in COBOL, CICS, and DB2 development. The candidate should have solid real-time experience in designing, developing, debugging, and maintaining mainframe applications, with strong programming capabilities.

• Experience should have 5+ years to 7 Years of experience into hands on mainframes development experience.
• Should have strong development skills in Mainframes - COBOL, CICS, DB2 & VSAM.
• Should have good working experience in COBOL-DB2-CICS programming.
• Strong knowledge of file handling, arrays, batch processing and online transaction processing.
• Should be able to independently analyze requirements and develop COBOL, CICS & DB2 solutions.
• Good to have experience or exposure on JCL, REXX & CLIST.
• Strong understanding of mainframe debugging and abend resolution experience in SDLC and Agile development methodologies.
