Role Description

The Visa Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The individual in this position will guide students through the entire visa application process, including documentation, form filling, and interview preparation. Daily tasks include counseling students and families on suitable countries, courses, and visa pathways; reviewing eligibility; and ensuring compliance with immigration and embassy requirements. The Visa Counselor will coordinate with internal training teams, maintain accurate records of applications, follow up with students and authorities, and keep up-to-date with changes in visa rules and procedures. The role also involves providing clear communication, addressing student queries, and offering a professional and supportive experience throughout the visa journey.

Qualifications

• Strong counseling and advisory skills, with the ability to assess student profiles and recommend appropriate study and immigration options.


• Knowledge of international education systems, visa procedures, and basic immigration regulations for key study destinations.

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; prior experience as a visa counselor or in overseas education consulting is preferred.
