Role Description

The Study Visa Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. This role involves counseling students and families on study destinations, programs, eligibility, and visa requirements, ensuring they understand each step of the process. The counselor will assist applicants in preparing and organizing documents, filling out visa forms, and coordinating appointments with embassies or consulates. Day-to-day tasks include conducting consultations, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in person, and maintaining accurate records of applications and follow-ups. The Study Visa Counselor will also stay updated on changing visa regulations, collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex cases, and contribute to information sessions or workshops organized by the company.
