Job summary

Quantzig is seeking a Scrum Master Client-Facing in Bengaluru to drive Agile delivery in an enterprise data platform context. The role focuses on coordinating with Data Engineering, Data Science, ML, Architecture, and Technology teams while meeting client expectations.

The position requires 4+ years of Scrum Master experience, strong Jira/Confluence usage, and excellent stakeholder management. This client-facing role is based in Bangalore WFO with exposure to multi-vendor delivery models.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on Jira and Confluence experience.
• Experience coordinating with data/ML teams and cross-functional groups.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM/SAFe) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint ceremonies: planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives.
• Track sprint commitments, velocity, burndown, and release milestones.
• Identify and remove delivery blockers and dependencies.
• Coordinate between client stakeholders and distributed engineering teams.
• Manage cross-team dependencies across data engineering, data science, and tech teams.
• Ensure governance, RAID tracking, and release readiness; drive agile practices.

Key Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience managing Agile delivery across distributed/global teams.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience coordinating with Data Engineering, Data Science, ML, Architecture, and Technology teams.
• Exposure to Data Platforms, Data Engineering, Analytics, AI/ML or Cloud environments is highly preferred.
• Experience working in multi-vendor / consulting delivery models is an advantage.
