Job summary

Ethosh Designs is seeking a creative Videographer & Video Editor in Pune to manage full video projects from concept to delivery. You will handle planning, shooting, and editing across medical conferences, surgeon interviews, patient testimonials, corporate events, product videos, and social reels.

The role requires strong storytelling, camera, lighting, and audio skills, plus the ability to work independently and meet tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong camera operation, lighting, and audio recording.
• Good sense of visual storytelling and video composition.
• Ability to edit both short-form and long-form content.
• Ability to work independently and manage shoots with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and juggle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit event videos including conferences and testimonials.
• Conduct surgeon/HCP interviews and professional shoots.

• Manage the full video production workflow from pre-production to delivery.
• Handle camera setup, lighting, audio, and on-location needs.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and versatile Videographer & Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling the complete video production process- from planning and shooting to editing and final delivery. You will work on a variety of projects including medical conferences, surgeon interviews, patient testimonials, corporate events, product videos, social media reels, podcast and short- and long-form video content. The candidate should have a good understanding of visual storytelling, composition, lighting, camera handling, and video editing, with the ability to independently plan and execute shoots.

Role & responsibilities :

• Plan, shoot, and edit event videos, medical conferences, testimonials, interviews, and corporate videos.
• Conduct and manage surgeon/HCP interviews and other professional video shoots.
• Create engaging short-form content, social media reels, and long-form videos.
• Independently manage the video production workflow from pre-production planning to final delivery.
• Handle camera setup, framing, lighting, audio recording, and basic on-location production requirements.
• Edit footage with strong attention to storytelling, pacing, transitions, sound, color, typography and visual quality.
• Create motion graphics, titles, lower thirds, captions/ subtitles and other visual elements where required.
• Collaborate with designers, animators, content teams, and project managers to deliver videos as per project requirements.
• Ensure videos are optimized for different platforms and formats, including YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital channels.
• Be willing to travel to other cities for shoots, conferences, and client assignments when required.

Preferred candidate profile

• A creative individual with a passion for videography, editing, and visual storytelling.
• Someone who can take ownership of a project and independently plan and execute shoots.
• Candidates with 05 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
• Experience in corporate, healthcare, medical, event, or interview-based video production will be an added advantage.
