Job summary

Recose Digital Solutions in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced video editor to craft high-impact Reels, YouTube Shorts and social media videos for doctors, hospitals and brands.

You will own videos from raw footage to final delivery, developing hooks, pacing and motion graphics using After Effects, while ensuring color accuracy and audio quality. A strong showreel is mandatory and immediate joiners are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of professional experience in video editing.
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Strong knowledge of After Effects and motion graphics.
• Experience creating Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and social media videos.
• Solid understanding of pacing, storytelling, transitions, typography and visual composition.
• Knowledge of color correction/grading and audio editing.
• Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to understand briefs and deliver finished videos.
• Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Comfortable handling feedback and multiple revisions.
• Willingness to experiment with AI tools and new video production technologies.
• Good time management and ability to work under deadlines.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice preferred.
• Strong portfolio/showreel is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Implement feedback and revisions efficiently.
• Explore and implement new editing techniques, AI tools and emerging video trends.
• Maintain organized project files and editing assets.
• Mentor or support junior editors when required.
