Job summary

Recose Digital Solutions is seeking a proactive Video Editor to craft engaging short-form video content for social platforms. You will edit for clients across sectors, adding captions, transitions, music and motion graphics to create compelling reels and Shorts.

You should have a 1–2 year background in video editing, strong Premiere Pro skills, and familiarity with After Effects, DaVinci Resolve and CapCut. A portfolio demonstrating social video edits is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in video editing, preferably for social media/digital content.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Basic to good knowledge of After Effects and motion graphics.
• Familiarity with DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop and CapCut is an advantage.
• Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and short-form content.

.Role & responsibilities

• Edit short-form videos, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and social media content.
• Edit videos for doctors, hospitals, brands and other client accounts.
• Add captions, transitions, text animations, music, sound effects and relevant visuals.
• Create engaging edits based on the given script, reference or creative brief.
• Maintain proper pacing, hooks and visual flow suitable for social media.
• Work with the content and digital marketing team to deliver videos on time.
• Make revisions based on client/team feedback.
• Organize and maintain project files, footage and editing assets.
• Stay updated with current social media video trends and editing styles.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1-2 years of experience in video editing, preferably for social media/digital content.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Basic to good knowledge of After Effects and motion graphics.
