Overview

We're hiring a Shooter & Editor for social media: someone who shoots like a cinematographer and edits like a social-first editor, and owns content end to end, from the shot to the final reel.

Everything you make is for social: Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, stories, and social ads. You'll shoot across real-world locations: luxury resorts, restaurants, breweries, studios, streets, and everything in between. Then you'll edit it into content that looks premium and performs on the feed. Our content strategists bring the ideas. You bring them to life.

This is a full-time, in-office role in Bengaluru, with regular on-ground shoots and occasional travel.

What you'll do

Shoot

• Plan and shoot Reels, Shorts, stories, and social ads for hospitality, food, lifestyle, and consumer brands.


• Own framing, composition, camera movement, and lighting (natural and artificial).


• Make ordinary locations look cinematic, and premium locations look even better, in vertical.


• Capture enough coverage on set so the edit has options, including hooks for the first 2 seconds.

Edit

• Cut your footage into scroll-stopping Reels and Shorts with sharp pacing, hooks, and trending formats.


• Colour grade so every brand has a consistent, recognisable look on its feed.


• Handle sound, music, and basic motion text.

Own it

• Take a brief from a content strategist and come back with a shot plan, not just questions.


• Manage multiple shoots and edits a week without losing quality.


• Look after the gear and keep footage organised.

Who we're looking for

• 3+ years shooting and editing social media content for brands.


• A portfolio of social content you both shot and edited yourself. This is non-negotiable.


• Strong eye for framing, light, and colour. You can tell good light from bad instantly.


• Hands-on with cinema or mirrorless cameras, gimbals, and lighting setups.


• Strong in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, with colour grading skills.


• You know what works on social versus what just looks good.


• Comfortable with long shoot days, travel, and unpredictable locations.


• Hospitality, food, or lifestyle work is a big plus.
