Okay Done, a Bengaluru-based digital marketing agency, is hiring a Video Editor specializing in AI edits for social media: image-to-video, generative visuals, AI animation, stylised sequences, and AI-assisted cleanup, combined with strong editing. Everything you produce will suit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, stories, and social ads for a mix of brands from luxury to travel.

You will collaborate with strategists and designers to push creative boundaries.

Qualifications

• 3+ years editing social media content for brands, creators, or media pages.

• Strong in Premiere Pro and After Effects; DaVinci or CapCut is a bonus.

Overview

We're hiring a Video Editor who specialises in AI edits for social media: image-to-video, generative visuals, AI animation, stylised sequences, and AI-assisted cleanup, combined with strong editing.

Everything you make is for social: Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, stories, and social ads. You'll edit for a mix of brands, from a luxury resort to a national travel brand to a neighbourhood bar. Our content strategists crack the ideas. You make them look like nothing else on the feed, and you push back when you can see a better way.

This is a full-time, in-office role in Bengaluru.

What you'll do

AI-led edits

• Create AI animations, image-to-video sequences, and generative visuals for Reels, Shorts, and social ads.
• Build stylised moments, transformations, and effects that would be impossible or too expensive to shoot.
• Use AI for upscaling, rotoscoping, cleanup, voice, and sound where it saves time without losing quality.

Edit

• Edit Reels, Shorts, and social ads that stop the scroll in the first second.
• Combine real footage with AI elements so the result feels seamless, not gimmicky.
• Make multiple versions of the same idea (hooks, durations, formats) for organic and paid.
• Keep testing new AI tools and models, and bring the useful ones into the team's workflow.
• Know which AI trend fits which brand, and when AI is the wrong answer.
• Work with content strategists, social media managers, designers, and videographers.
• Take a brief and make it better than what was imagined.

Who we’re looking for

• 3+ years editing social media content for brands, creators, or media pages.
• A portfolio with real AI-led social content you made yourself, not just experiments.
• Hands-on with AI video and image tools (Runway, Kling, Higgsfield, Veo, Midjourney, Topaz, or similar).
• Strong in Premiere Pro and After Effects. DaVinci and CapCut are a bonus.
• Taste. You know the difference between AI that wows and AI that looks cheap.
• Obsessive about pacing, sound, and timing. Fast without being sloppy.
