Create original video that makes Green Pellets India recognizable and credible to industrial buyers. You will plan, film, and edit stories about biomass pellets, how they are made, and how customers assess fuel for industrial heat. The work will be used mainly on Instagram and LinkedIn, with selected footage for the website, sales team, and events.
Your responsibilities
- Develop video ideas, scripts, shot lists, and shoot schedules with marketing, design, sales, and technical colleagues; translate complex topics into simple visual stories.
- Film products, raw materials, manufacturing steps, quality checks, dispatch, team members, exhibitions, and approved customer applications at facilities and on location.
- Capture clear interviews and demonstrations with good framing, lighting, and sound, while following site safety rules and obtaining approval before filming people or customer premises.
- Edit Instagram reels, stories and short videos, and LinkedIn videos suited to professional buyers; deliver platform-ready formats with readable captions, clean audio and a strong opening.
- Apply the brand’s visual guidelines to titles, lower thirds, colour, music and motion graphics, and work with the designer on thumbnails and campaign assets.
- Check technical statements, product details, and sustainability claims with the relevant team before publishing; manage feedback and revisions efficiently.
- Organize raw footage, project files, and reusable clips; maintain equipment; and review video performance to improve future concepts and edits.
Qualifications
- A portfolio of videos you personally filmed and edited, especially short social content, interviews, product explainers, or documentary-style business stories.
- Confident camera operation and practical knowledge of composition, lighting, sound recording, colour correction, subtitles, and editing for vertical and horizontal formats.
- Working proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or comparable editing software; basic motion graphics skills are an advantage.
- Ability to work independently on location, collaborate with non-video colleagues, meet deadlines, and make technical subjects understandable without exaggerating claims.
- Around 2 or more years of relevant experience is preferred; a strong portfolio with less experience will also be considered. Experience filming industrial or manufacturing settings is a plus.
