Job summary

We are seeking a creative Videographer, Video Editor & Social Media Executive to manage video production, editing, and social media content for WELTEC Institute. You will shoot product videos, edit reels and shorts, and publish engaging content across platforms.

The role requires knowledge of editing software, camera basics, and an eye for storytelling. Training will be provided for IndiaMART lead generation as needed, with a focus on building brand visibility online.

Qualifications

• Experience in videography and video editing.
• Knowledge of Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, After Effects, or similar tools.
• Understanding of Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Basic camera, lighting, and audio equipment knowledge.
• Creative storytelling and a good sense of trends on social media.
• Portfolio/showreel is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shoot product videos, demonstrations, reels, and promotional content.
• Handle basic camera, lighting, and audio setup.

• Add captions, transitions, music, graphics, and subtitles.
• Create engaging short-form content for social media.

• Maintain consistent brand visibility across digital platforms.
• Assist with IndiaMART lead generation (5–10% of overall work).
• Training will be provided if required.

• Assist with basic lead generation activities through IndiaMART, including identifying and following up on relevant business inquiries/leads.
• IndiaMART lead-generation activities will be a small part of the role (approximately 5–10% of the overall work).
• Candidates without prior IndiaMART experience can learn the process, as training and guidance will be provided by the client.
