Astranova Mobility is seeking a Video Producer to own video content end-to-end—from strategy and scripting to production and performance. You’ll grow our YouTube channel and short-form platforms, craft sharp scripts, and deliver compelling visuals that drive growth.

You’ll analyze metrics, stay ahead of trends, and may be the face of the brand when needed. Bonus: editing experience with Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience with YouTube analytics and SEO across long- and short-form content.
• Ability to craft sharp, engaging scripts and storyboards.
• Strong on-camera presence and comfort speaking to audiences.

• Write sharp, engaging scripts aligned with brand goals
• Deliver visually strong content while optimizing thumbnails, titles, and formats to drive growth.
• Strong editorial vision to transform raw footage into a cohesive, engaging, and high-performing video.
• Analyze performance (CTR, retention, watch time, thumbnails, SEO)
• Be comfortable being the face of the brand when required
• Stay updated on trends, platform changes, and video best practices
• Use AI tools to improve speed, research, ideation, and workflows

Experience & Qualifications:

• Strong YouTube understanding (analytics + thumbnail sense + SEO)
• Deep understanding of short-form content formats
• Creative thinking with execution capability
• Research-driven content approach
• Comfortable on camera
• Interest in personal finance (preferred)

Bonus

• Knows how to shoot (camera, framing, lighting basics)
• Hands-on editing experience (Premiere Pro / Final Cut or similar)
