Job summary

The role requires 4–6 years of VKYC/KYC experience, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication. You will verify identities via live video, perform due diligence, and maintain audit-ready records while driving quality and efficiency in onboarding processes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining regulatory compliance.

• Perform Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and risk assessments.
• Maintain audit-ready records and support MCA requirements.
• Identify and elevate fraud indicators and compliance concerns.
• Achieve quality, productivity, turnaround time (TAT), and customer satisfaction targets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding.
