Job summary

Growth Marketer in Amritsar is seeking a talented video editor with a minimum of 2 years of experience in short-form editing. We're a growth marketing agency scaling a handful of selected, high-value clients across Australia, New Zealand, and the United States. Our clients include investment firms, a management consulting firm, and one of the largest Arabic and Bollywood event organisers in the US. We run their marketing end to end.

Location: Amritsar (in-office)

Working Hours: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Mon to Fri. (in office)

Saturday is a half day, work-from-home.

How we work: We're AI-first. We use AI agents and automation across everything we do. You either already use AI to produce high-quality work, or you learn it fast. Quality comes first, always.

Role & responsibilities

• Cut short-form video for Reels, TikTok, Shorts, and Facebook: strong hooks, tight pacing, captions, sound
• Edit long-form when needed: YouTube, testimonials, ad creatives
• Use AI video generation tools (Runway, Kling, Sora, HeyGen and similar) as part of your daily workflow, not as a gimmick
• Do programmatic / automated video editing (batch and scripted workflows). Working knowledge of this is necessary
• Edit with Claude and AI tools to speed up and scale your output
• Turn rough briefs and raw footage into finished content without hand-holding

Preferred candidate profile

• 2+ years editing short-form for brands
• Strong on at least one pro editor (Premiere Pro / After Effects / DaVinci / CapCut Pro)
• Working knowledge of AI video generation tools and programmatic / automated editing
• Working knowledge of Claude (a real requirement, not a nice-to-have)
• The ability to understand and tell apart Australian, New Zealand, and American accents. This matters for generating and directing voiceovers. If you can't yet, you must be able to learn it fast.
