You will edit across RFC verticals, build narrative-driven cuts, and work with the ground/guerilla team to script and storyboard vlog-style shoots.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of video editing experience with a portfolio of social-first content (Reels/Shorts/YouTube).
• Daily working proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
• Knowledge of Envato Elements and Freepik for footage, music, and templates.
• Knowledge of AI voice/video tools ElevenLabs and Higgsfield.
• Strong storytelling instinct to cut the story inside raw footage, not just follow a script.
• Comfortable shooting basic footage on a phone/gimbal.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form (Reels/Shorts) and long-form (YouTube vlog-style) content across RFC verticals.
• Build narrative-driven cuts and hooks, with pacing and payoff for each platform.
• Work with the ground/guerilla team to script and storyboard vlog-style shoots and react-style content.
• Manage fast content cadence for Month of Celebrations, carnivals, festival campaigns, always-on social.
• Maintain consistent visual/audio branding (music, captions, intros/outros) across all video output.

• Work directly with the ground/guerilla team to script and storyboard vlog-style shoots and react-style content
• Manage a fast content cadence Month of Celebrations, carnivals, festival campaigns, always-on social
• Maintain consistent visual/audio branding (music, captions, intros/outros) across all video output

• Comfortable shooting basic footage on a phone/gimbal when needed
