Job summary

Spruce Up invites a talented Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join Spruce Up Studio in Pune, working in-person on a variety of product films, training videos, and corporate content.

You’ll lead post-production, create motion graphics, thumbnails, and social assets, and occasionally shoot on location. A portfolio showing long- and short-form work is required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional video editing or multimedia design experience.
• Portfolio showing long-form editing, short-form content and graphic design.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Working knowledge of After Effects or comparable motion-graphics tools.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or similar design software.
• Strong understanding of pacing, visual storytelling, colour and audio.
• Ability to create thumbnails, static posts and advertising creatives.
• Basic camera, framing and location-production knowledge.
• Willingness to participate frequently in shoots.
• Strong file-management and deadline-management habits.

Video Editor & Graphic Designer — Spruce Up Studio

Location: Spruce Up Factory, Pisoli, Pune

Employment: Full-time, in-person

Experience: 2–4 years

Compensation: ₹35,000–₹40,000 per month, based on portfolio and experience

About Spruce Up Industries

Spruce Up builds industrial cleaning machinery for Indian roads, including the Jatayu Super and Stratus 330.

We are launching Spruce Up Studio, an in-house production capability for creating high-quality product films, training videos, service content, corporate films, advertisements and internal learning material.

Our goal is to produce multiple videos every month with strong storytelling, excellent production value and a consistent visual identity.

The Role

We are looking for a Video Editor & Graphic Designer who will lead post-production and visual-design work for Spruce Up Studio.

You will edit long-form and short-form videos, create motion graphics, thumbnails, static posts and advertising creatives. You will also participate in brainstorming and pre-production, and frequently accompany the producer on shoots.

This is not a desk-only editing position. You should be comfortable assisting on location, operating a second camera and helping ensure that the team captures the footage required for the final edit.
