Job summary

Sellability is seeking a creative Video Editor to transform raw footage into compelling visual stories that align with our premium real estate branding. You will work with marketing and design teams to produce videos for digital campaigns, social media, and corporate communication.

The ideal candidate has strong editing skills, storytelling sense, and expertise in Premiere Pro and After Effects. This role is based in Baner, Pune with 6 days a week onsite work.

Responsibilities

• Edit promotional videos, walkthroughs, reels, testimonials, interviews, and corporate videos.
• Create short-form content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Develop motion graphics, transitions, titles, and animations as needed.

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who can transform raw footage into compelling visual stories. The ideal candidate should possess strong editing skills, a good understanding of storytelling, pacing, sound design, and social media trends while maintaining the premium identity of the Sellability brand. The Video Editor will work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to produce engaging videos for digital campaigns, social media, corporate communication, and developer branding.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit promotional videos, property walkthroughs, reels, testimonials, interviews, and corporate videos.
• Create high-quality short-form content optimized for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Develop engaging motion graphics, transitions, titles, and animations where required.
• Enhance videos through color correction, sound mixing, and visual effects.
• Collaborate with content creators, graphic designers, and marketing teams during campaign planning.
• Organize and maintain video assets, project files, and media libraries.
• Ensure all content aligns with Sellability's brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback while maintaining creative excellence.
• Stay updated with industry trends, editing techniques, and platform-specific best practices.
• Deliver projects within defined timelines without compromising quality.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is preferred.
• Understanding of color grading, audio editing, and motion graphics.
• Knowledge of social media content formats and platform specifications.
• Strong storytelling and visual composition skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in media, Mass Communication, Animation, Film Production, Graphic Design, or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of professional video editing experience.
• Freshers with an exceptional portfolio may also be considered.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in real estate, architecture, lifestyle, hospitality, or luxury branding.
• Basic understanding of photography and videography workflows.

Must-Have Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Strong understanding of video editing principles, storytelling, pacing, and sequencing.
• Experience editing short-form and long-form video content.
• Knowledge of color correction, color grading, audio balancing, and sound synchronization.
• Understanding of different video formats, resolutions, and platform-specific requirements.
• Ability to create engaging social media content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
• Excellent time management with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and animations.
• Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience with motion graphics, kinetic typography, and visual effects.
• Familiarity with AI-powered editing tools and workflows.
• Understanding of camera operations, lighting, and videography fundamentals.
• Experience editing content for the real estate, luxury, hospitality, or lifestyle industries.
• Knowledge of drone footage editing and cinematic video techniques.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and content performance.
• Experience managing digital asset libraries and collaborative editing workflows.
• Knowledge of emerging video trends, transitions, and platform algorithms.

Location: Baner, Pune; 6 days WFO ( Mon-Sat)
