Job summary

RealtyHQ Noida is seeking a Video Editor & Content Creator to shoot, edit and produce high-quality videos that showcase our properties, projects and brand. You will work with the marketing team to plan content strategies, ensure videos meet brand guidelines, and stay on top of latest trends in social media video.

Proficiency in Premiere Pro or After Effects and basic camera handling are required, with a creative, deadline-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Video Editor / Videographer / Content Creator
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of camera handling, lighting, and sound
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Experience of more than 1yr in real estate or social media content creation is a plus

Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit engaging real estate videos (property tours, site visits, client testimonials, reels, and promotional content)
• Create high-quality video content for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.)
• Add effects, transitions, music, voiceovers, and graphics to enhance videos
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute content strategies
• Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and quality standards
• Stay updated with latest video trends, editing styles, and social media algorithms
• Manage and organize video files and media assets
