Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata for a Video Creator and Editor. The role involves planning and producing video content that showcases properties, projects, and brand initiatives, including conceptualizing storyboards, coordinating shoots, and capturing high-quality footage. The Video Creator and Editor will edit and enhance videos with transitions, music, motion graphics, and visual effects, ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with marketing and sales teams, managing media assets, optimizing videos for digital platforms, and maintaining an organized workflow for timely delivery. The role also includes experimenting with new formats and multimedia approaches to effectively communicate property features and company values.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Multimedia for planning, shooting, and structuring visual narratives.
• Candidates should possess advanced Video Editing and Video Post-Production skills for cutting, color correction, sound design, and final output.
• Candidates should possess Motion Graphics skills for creating engaging titles, animations, and visual elements that enhance video content.
• Proficiency with industry-standard video and audio editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar) is beneficial.
• Strong visual storytelling ability, attention to detail, and understanding of composition, lighting, and pacing are preferred.
• Experience creating content for digital platforms (social media, websites, online campaigns) is advantageous.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines is expected.
• A relevant degree, diploma, or professional training in film, media, design, or a related field is an added advantage.
