Job summary

EyeLevel Growth Studio in Chennai, India is seeking an AI Creative Video Intern to edit reels and short-form content for multiple brands. You will use DaVinci Resolve and AI tools to speed up production and ensure high-quality outputs.

A portfolio is mandatory and you should own a laptop capable of running the software. You'll work directly with the Founder and Video Production Head, gaining rapid hands-on experience across sports, healthcare, and wellness clients while growing your skills in

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of hands-on reels/short-form editing experience; DaVinci Resolve mandatory; Fusion and Fairlight a plus.
• Working knowledge of color correction, grading, captions, motion graphics basics, and sound design for short-form.
• Hands-on experience with AI video tools Runway, Veo, Kling AI, Pika, or Luma AI, or willingness to learn fast.
• Comfort using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude for scripting, shot planning, and creative research.
• Solid understanding of platform-specific formats for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.
• A portfolio or showreel is mandatory; own laptop capable of running DaVinci Resolve.

Responsibilities

• Edit Reels, Shorts, and short-form video for multiple client brands using AI tools to speed up the process.
• Cut long-form footage into scroll-stopping short content.
• Handle sound design, captions, transitions, and pacing tailored to each platform.
• Color grade and finish videos to a professional standard using DaVinci Resolve, with AI-assisted grading where available.
• Generate AI-assisted b-roll, effects, or transitions when they enhance the edit.
• Stay on top of reels trends and AI video tools; bring relevant ideas to the team.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Edit Reels, Shorts, and short-form video for multiple client brands - combining traditional craft with AI tools to hit quality and speed
• Cut long-form footage - shoots, events, interviews - into scroll-stopping short content, using AI to accelerate the repetitive parts
• Handle sound design, captions, transitions, and pacing tailored to each platform - with AI auto-captioning and audio tools where they save time
• Color grade and finish videos to a consistent, professional standard using DaVinci Resolve, augmented by AI grading tools where appropriate
• Generate AI-assisted b-roll, effects, or transitions using Runway, Veo, Kling AI, or Pika - where they serve the edit, not just because they can
• Stay on top of reels trends, AI video tools, and short-form formats - experiment, bring what's relevant back to the team, and keep output fresh

Requirements
