Video Editor & Social Media Video Specialist

We are seeking a creative, energetic, and social-media-savvy Video Editor & Social Media Video Specialist who understands how to create engaging short-form and long-form video content for modern digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about storytelling, video production, AI-powered content creation, and social media trends. They should be capable of independently editing, shooting, producing, and publishing high-quality videos that drive engagement and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality videos for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, and events.
• Create Product Videos, Product Demo Videos, Brand Videos, Customer Stories, Event Highlight Videos, and Corporate Communication Videos.
• Add motion graphics, animations, transitions, subtitles, and visual effects.
• Create professional voice-overs for silent videos using AI and voice-generation tools.
• Capture and shoot videos during internal company events, external events and conferences, leadership interviews, employee video bytes, customer interviews, and product showcases.
• Plan and execute shoots with minimal supervision.
• Create platform-specific content for Instagram Reels, LinkedIn Videos, YouTube Shorts, and YouTube Videos.
• Stay updated on social media trends, formats, hooks, and engagement techniques.
• Consistently deliver 3?4 high-quality videos per week.
• Use AI tools for voice-over generation, video enhancement, auto-captioning, script assistance, content repurposing, and creative ideation.
• Continuously explore new AI tools to improve production efficiency and content quality.

Requirements

• 2?3 years of hands‑on experience in video editing and social media content creation.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve (preferred), and Canva Video.
• Experience with AI video and content tools.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube content formats.
• Good camera handling and video shooting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced marketing environment.
• Strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
