Job summary

POV Studios & Marketing, based in Gurgaon, seeks a full-time Video Editor who can turn raw footage into high-quality edits for social media, ads, and brand campaigns. You will collaborate with the creative team to shape storytelling, perform color grading, sound design, and motion graphics as needed, and maintain organized project files.

The ideal candidate brings proficiency in Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, a strong sense of pacing, and experience with fashion or lifestyle content.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro (After Effects is a plus)
• Strong sense of pacing, music sync, and visual storytelling
• Experience in editing fashion, lifestyle, or brand content preferred
• Ability to adapt to different brand tones and styles
• Basic understanding of social media formats (Reels, Ads, YouTube, etc.)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment

Responsibilities

• Edit videos for Instagram Reels, ads, brand campaigns, and e-commerce content
• Work closely with the creative team to execute visual direction and storytelling
• Handle color grading, sound design, transitions, and motion graphics where required
• Deliver fast-turnaround edits without compromising quality
• Organise and manage footage, assets, and project files efficiently
• Stay updated with current editing trends, formats, and platform algorithms

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a full-time Video Editor who understands modern content, aesthetics, and pacing. This role is ideal for someone who can turn raw footage into high-quality, engaging edits tailored for social media, ads, and brand campaigns.
