Job summary

DAM Networks is seeking a talented video editor to craft fast, scroll-stopping short-form content for social and longer brand films. You’ll edit across client programmes, ensuring each brand’s look and pace are preserved while turning briefs and raw footage into finished videos that perform.

You will work with Premiere Pro/After Effects or DaVinci Resolve, add motion graphics, sound design, and color grading, and manage multiple projects with deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of editing experience or a portfolio that speaks for itself.
• Strong sense for what makes short-form video hold attention.
• Proficiency in motion graphics, sound editing, and color grading.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and incorporate feedback.
• Excellent organization and file management.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form video (Reels, shorts, ads) and long-form brand, event, and product films.
• Add motion graphics, titles, lower-thirds, captions, sound design, music, and colour.
• Cut for pacing, hook, and retention so the first three seconds earn the rest.
• Work to brand guidelines, templates, and aspect-ratio needs.
• Take a brief, propose an edit approach, and turn around versions on feedback.
• Manage project files, footage, versions, and exports in a clean, findable structure.
• Repurpose one shoot into multiple cuts and formats across platforms.
• Hit deadlines across parallel programmes without dropping quality.

What we look for

• Strong command of Premiere Pro and After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve and CapCut for social
• A showreel or portfolio, this is required to be considered
• A real feel for what makes short-form video hold attention
• Solid motion graphics, sound editing, and basic colour grading
• Organised with files and calm across feedback rounds and revisions
• One to three years of editing experience, or a portfolio that clearly speaks for itself

Nice to have

• Shooting or camera experience, and comfort on set
• Basic design skills in Photoshop or Illustrator
• Experience editing for paid social or performance campaigns
