Role Description

The Video Editor role at Niction Tech is a full-time, on-site position based in Vadodara. The Video Editor will handle the end-to-end editing process, including assembling raw footage, trimming clips, adding transitions, and synchronizing audio to create polished videos for digital and branding projects. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with designers, marketers, and developers to understand project objectives, applying color grading, motion graphics, and visual effects, and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. The role also involves organizing video assets, maintaining an efficient workflow, and delivering content on schedule for campaigns, social media, websites, and product showcases.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production for creating high-quality, engaging video content.
• Proficiency in Video Color Grading to achieve consistent, professional visual styles.
• Experience with Motion Graphics and Graphics to design and integrate animations, titles, and visual elements.
• Familiarity with industry-standard editing and post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
• Ability to interpret creative briefs, follow brand guidelines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Good time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is preferred, along with a strong portfolio showcasing video work.
