Job summary

TechQuanta - DigiSoln in Ramanathapuram is seeking a full-time on-site Video Editor to join the creative and marketing teams. You will edit reels, ads, promotional videos and other brand content in line with brand guidelines and timelines.

You will assemble footage, trim clips, add transitions, titles and sound, and perform basic color correction and grading. You’ll collaborate on storyboarding, maintain organized project files, and contribute ideas to elevate content quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end video post-production for reels, ads and promos.
• Proficient in color grading and basic color correction for mood consistency.
• Ability to design motion graphics and collaborate on titles and lower thirds.
• Proficient with industry tools: Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects.
• Strong understanding of social media formats and platform optimization.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Ramanathapuram. The Video Editor will work closely with creative and marketing teams to edit reels, ads, promotional videos, and other visual content aligned with brand guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include assembling raw footage, trimming and sequencing clips, adding transitions, effects, titles, and sound, and preparing versions optimized for different platforms. The role also involves basic color correction and grading, collaborating on storyboarding and visual concepts, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality videos. The Video Editor will maintain organized project files, follow established workflows, and contribute creative ideas to enhance overall content quality.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production, with experience handling end-to-end post-production workflows.
• Proficiency in Video Color Grading, including basic color correction and enhancing visual consistency and mood.
• Ability to create Motion Graphics and work with Graphics to design engaging titles, lower thirds, and visual elements.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects).
• Good understanding of social media video formats, aspect ratios, and best practices for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Strong visual storytelling skills, attention to detail, and commitment to high production quality.
• Ability to work on-site in Ramanathapuram, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant education or training in film, media, visual communication, or a related field is preferred; a portfolio showcasing previous video work is required.
