Base pay range

Responsibilities

• Edit and deliver short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, Ads) and long-form brand stories.
• Add dynamic transitions, effects, typography, and pacing that match brand tone.
• Work with raw footage from clients, models, and campaigns.
• Sync music, voice-overs, and SFX to enhance visual storytelling.
• Create motion graphics, subtitles, and text animations when needed.
• Collaborate with the creative & marketing teams to align visuals with campaign goals.
• Maintain brand consistency and adhere to visual style guides.
• Manage multiple editing projects and meet quick turnaround timelines.

Required Skills

• Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
• Understanding of aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9) and platform-specific optimization.
• Strong storytelling, rhythm, and audio-syncing sense.
• Ability to repurpose content across platforms while retaining brand voice.
• Attention to detail, color grading, and visual continuity.
• Comfortable handling large file workflows and project organization.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of AI video tools (Runway, Pika, OpusClip, CapCut Pro, etc.)
• Experience in fashion / D2C / eCommerce editing.
• Basic animation or graphic design skills (Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator).
• Creative ideation skills for content scripting or campaign planning.
