Job summary

Aexo Labs in Indore, India, is seeking a full-time on-site Video Editor to craft engaging reels and long-form content. You will work with latest editing tools, stock assets, and AI clips to deliver high-quality videos daily and monthly per calendar.

The ideal candidate has a portfolio, strong sense of pacing and storytelling, and is willing to relocate to Indore. Graduation isn’t required; skills and portfolio take precedence.

Qualifications

• Portfolio or past edited work is mandatory for application.
• Graduation is not required; skill and portfolio are prioritized.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form (Reels/YouTube Shorts) and long-form videos for client brands and in-house content.
• Work with raw footage, AI-generated clips, and stock assets to create polished, on-brand videos.
• Add captions, transitions, sound design, color correction, and light motion graphics.
• Deliver a minimum of 2 videos per day and 60 videos per month, aligned to a fixed content calendar.
• Collaborate with the content and creative team to align on trends, pacing, and storytelling.
• Stay updated on short-form platform trends and bring fresh editing ideas to improve content performance.

Job description

Role & Responsibilities:

• Edit short-form (Reels/YouTube Shorts) and long-form video content for client brands and in-house content
• Work with raw footage, AI-generated clips, and stock assets to create polished, on‑brand videos
• Add captions, transitions, sound design, color correction, and light motion graphics
• Deliver a minimum of 2 videos per day and 60 videos per month, working from a fixed monthly content calendar
• Collaborate closely with the content and creative team to align on trends, pacing, and storytelling
• Stay updated on short‑form platform trends and bring fresh editing ideas to improve content performance

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Hands‑on experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve
• Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual rhythm for short‑form content
• Basic knowledge of videography/cinematography is a plus
• Portfolio or past edited work is mandatory for application
• Graduation not required we prioritize skill and portfolio over degrees
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Indore this is a full‑time, on‑site role
