We are a fast-growing product development startup based in Bangalore looking for a Freelance Creative Video Editor with expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects to join our team. You’ll play a key role in creating high-quality, engaging video content that communicates our product innovations across platforms.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Creative Video Storytelling: Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos that effectively showcase our products, features, and innovations.
Collaboration: Work closely with our product, marketing, and design teams to ensure video content aligns with our brand and messaging.
Brand Consistency: Maintain a consistent visual style, tone, and messaging across all video content, in line with the company's branding.
Video Optimization: Adapt and optimize videos for various social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring they are platform-specific and engaging.
Motion Graphics & Special Effects: Use After Effects to incorporate motion graphics, animations, and special effects that elevate video content.
Technical Excellence: Perform color correction, audio mixing, and synchronization to ensure high-quality video output.
Content Planning: Collaborate with the team to plan, develop, and execute a video content calendar aligned with product launches and marketing strategies.
Fast-Paced Execution: Handle multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of quality content.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 2-4 years of professional video editing experience, preferably in a product-focused or startup environment.
Core Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is essential. Strong editing skills and the ability to create motion graphics that complement the storytelling are required.
Creative Vision: A portfolio that demonstrates your ability to craft engaging, high-quality videos, especially in the context of product demos, tutorials, and promotional content.
Motion Graphics Expertise: Strong experience using After Effects to create animations and special effects that enhance video storytelling.
Platform Expertise: Knowledge of video specifications and best practices for social media platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Attention to Detail: Excellent eye for visual composition, pacing, and seamless synchronization of audio and video.

Bonus Skills:

Experience with tools like ElevenLabs for AI-generated voiceovers or Veo3 for advanced video production is a plus, but not required.
