Job summary

Bringle Excellence is seeking a creative designer to conceptualize and develop graphic and game assets for e-learning modules. The role involves crafting GUI interfaces and marketing visuals using Adobe tools, and producing polished video content for training programs.

You will collaborate with the production team to understand trainers' needs, edit videos, and deliver final cuts for online learning modules. Attention to detail and a strong portfolio of visuals are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficient in graphic design and video editing for e-learning projects.
• Experience designing GUI/e-Learning interfaces with Adobe tools.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design and develop graphic objects and game objects using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
• Create GUI/e-Learning interfaces with Flash, 3-D, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Design graphics for e-learning projects and marketing promotions including banners and templates.
• Edit and trim education-related videos, ensuring smooth sequencing of modules.
• Review scripts and arrange shot lists; assemble rough and final cuts for videos.

Job description

• The incumbent will be responsible to conceptualize, design and develop graphic objects and game objects using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, etc.
• Creating GUI/e-Learning Interfaces, with good knowledge of Flash, 3-D and Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Responsible for designing graphics for various e-learning projects of the organization.
• To design and develop graphics for marketing and promotional activities including e-mailer templates, website banners for online marketing, Linked In page layouts, blogs of our organization.
• Evaluate and edit education interaction videos in a way that is invisible to the audience
• Take a brief to grasp production team’s, trainers needs and specifications, ensure logical sequencing and smooth running
• Review recording script for the training and raw material to create a shot decision list based on the content and topics
• Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the e-Learning modules
• Identify and input to relative theme music, dialogues, graphics and effects
• Should have an eye for detail - in terms of visualization.
  
• Create rough and final cuts, take approval for the final videos

Salary Package : 1,20,000 - 2,25,000
