International Institute Of Entrepreneurship (IIE) is hiring creative and talented Graphic Designers, Video Editors, and Multimedia Executives to handle graphic designing, photo editing, video editing, animation, live shooting, and multimedia content development for educational and training projects.

You will design promotional materials, edit videos, create animation content, support digital marketing campaigns, and contribute to branding activities across multiple locations including Vasai

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in graphic design, video editing, animation, and multimedia content development.
• Proficiency with CorelDRAW and Adobe Photoshop.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Create graphic designs, brochures, banners, posters, and promotional materials
• Handle CorelDRAW and Adobe Photoshop design activities
• Perform photo editing and image enhancement tasks
• Edit videos for marketing, training, and promotional purposes
• Create animation and multimedia presentations
• Support live video shooting and recording activities
• Operate video editing and animation software
• Develop multimedia content for e-learning and online training programs
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations and corporate branding materials
• Coordinate with digital marketing and content teams
• Maintain media files, project records, and creative assets

Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Interview & Selection

Round 1 – Telephonic Interview

• Candidate CV screening and profile matching with job requirements
• Relevant experience and skill verification through telephonic discussion
• Employee hiring will be considered only when candidate experience matches minimum 80% of the required profile
• Non-relevant experience holders and freshers may be considered for Internship / Trainee positions
• Internship Duration: 11 Months On-Job Training Program

Round 2 – Technical Interview

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for:

• Computer proficiency test
• English writing test
• Technical skill assessment related to graphic designing, video editing, and multimedia software
