Job summary

Manovikas seeks a Multimedia Designer to produce accessible course videos and audio for the e-GyanShala LMS, and to support design and content work across our web properties. You will shoot, edit, and package course videos for the LMS, including lower-thirds, titles and thumbnails. Record, clean and master voice-over and audio tracks, plus captions and transcripts.

Design graphics, banners and social assets, with light front-end work (HTML/CSS). Maintain a media archive and version log.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in multimedia, animation, graphic design, mass communication or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of a video editor (Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve), an audio editor (Audition / Audacity), and a design tool (Figma / Illustrator / Canva Pro).
• Motion graphics and basic HTML/CSS are an advantage. A strong portfolio may substitute for formal qualification.

Remuneration

Remuneration as per organisational norms. Negotiable based on portfolio and experience.
