Role & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end video editing for flagship courses—cut, color grade, add motion graphics, and sync audio to maximize learner retention.
• Optimize pacing and visual flow to align with pedagogical goals, ensuring complex topics become digestible and engaging.
• Collaborate with scriptwriters, instructors, and designers to translate raw footage into polished, brand‑consistent educational videos.
• Manage version control, media asset libraries, and delivery pipelines for multiple concurrent projects with tight deadlines.
• Experiment with templates, transitions, and sound design to elevate viewer experience—especially for mobile‑first audiences.
• Provide feedback on shoot planning to reduce post‑production workload and improve editorial efficiency.
