Job summary

IND Global Realty in Surat, Gujarat, is seeking a creative Video Editor to craft engaging short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Facebook. You will transform raw footage into fast-paced visuals, add motion graphics, captions, SFX, and music while adhering to brand guidelines and deadlines.

You’ll collaborate with the content strategy and marketing teams, stay ahead of trends, and contribute to premium real estate marketing campaigns with a cinematic look.

Qualifications

• Proven experience editing viral short-form content for social media.
• Strong storytelling, pacing, and editing skills.
• Understanding of audience retention and engagement techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Good communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Facebook.
• Transform raw footage into fast-paced, engaging content with motion graphics and captions.
• Add sound effects and background music to enhance viewer retention.
• Create hooks within the first 3 seconds of each video.
• Color correct for premium, cinematic look while following brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with content strategy and marketing teams to deliver on strategy.
• Deliver projects within tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Stay updated on editing trends and platform algorithms.

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who specializes in editing engaging short-form content that captures attention and drives engagement. This vacancy is for our new setup in Surat, Gujarat for the digital team.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
• Transform raw footage into fast-paced, engaging, and visually appealing content.
• Add motion graphics, transitions, captions, sound effects, and background music to enhance viewer retention.
• Create scroll-stopping hooks within the first 3 seconds of every video.
• Color correct and enhance video quality for a premium, cinematic look.
• Follow brand guidelines while bringing fresh and creative editing ideas.
• Collaborate closely with the content strategy and marketing teams.
• Deliver projects within tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Stay updated with the latest editing styles, social media trends, and platform algorithms.

Requirements

• Proven experience editing viral short-form content for social media.
• Strong portfolio showcasing Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or TikTok edits.
• Excellent storytelling, pacing, and creative editing skills.
• Strong understanding of audience retention and social media engagement techniques.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.

• Final Cut Pro (optional)
• CapCut (Professional/Desktop Version)
• Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator (basic knowledge preferred)
• Adobe Audition (preferred for audio enhancement)
• Experience with AI-powered editing tools such as Descript, Runway ML, Opus Clip, ElevenLabs, or Adobe Firefly will be an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Media, Film, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Fresh graduates with an exceptional editing portfolio are encouraged to apply.
