Job summary

Nirman Greens is seeking a creative Video Editor to transform project visuals, site footage, and marketing concepts into engaging video content for Instagram Reels, YouTube, and digital campaigns from our Head Office in Pune.

You will collaborate with the Marketing team to produce promotional videos that highlight properties, amenities, and project highlights, ensuring top‑quality colour grading, sound design, and brand‑consistent storytelling across social platforms.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in video editing and storytelling.
• Strong understanding of social media formats and audience engagement.
• Portfolio/showreel demonstrating video editing work is mandatory.
• Ability to work with marketing briefs and deliver on brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Edit engaging videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube, social media campaigns, and digital advertisements.
• Create promotional videos showcasing real estate projects, features, amenities, and highlights.
• Edit site visit footage, construction progress videos, tours, and walkthroughs.
• Develop cinematic videos with transitions, motion graphics, text animations, music, and VFX.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for project launches, campaigns, events, and promotions.
• Ensure high-quality output with colour correction, sound design, and storytelling.
• Adapt videos to different platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
• Stay updated with the latest video editing trends and techniques.
• Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit engaging videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube, social media campaigns, and digital advertisements.
• Create promotional videos showcasing real estate projects, property features, amenities, and project highlights.
• Edit site visit footage, construction progress videos, sample flat tours, and property walkthroughs.
• Develop cinematic videos with smooth transitions, motion graphics, text animations, music, and visual effects.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create content for project launches, campaigns, events, and festive promotions.
• Ensure high-quality video output with proper colour correction, sound design, and visual storytelling.
• Adapt videos to different social media platforms and formats while maintaining brand consistency.
• Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, social media algorithms, and creative marketing techniques.
• Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery of all video content.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, adobe illustrator, Photoshop or equivalent professional video editing software.
• Knowledge of colour grading, sound editing, transitions, motion graphics, and visual effects.
• Ability to create engaging short-form content, especially Instagram Reels and promotional videos.
• Understanding of social media content formats, video composition, and storytelling techniques.
• Knowledge of Photoshop or other graphic design tools will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the marketing team and execute creative briefs effectively.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
• A portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous video editing work is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in real estate, property marketing, digital marketing, or advertising.
• Knowledge of drone footage editing, cinematic property videos, and 3D walkthroughs.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted video editing tools and animation techniques.
• Understanding of real estate branding, lead-generation campaigns, and digital advertising.
