Job summary

Indra Dhar Consultancy is seeking a creative Video Editor to produce high-quality YouTube videos, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and documentary-style content from our Gurugram office. You will edit for engagement, storytelling, pacing, and platform optimization.

The ideal candidate has strong editing skills, a compelling portfolio showing YouTube and social media edits, and proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects. Willingness to relocate to Gurugram is required.

Qualifications

• Portfolio or showreel of previous work is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects for editing YouTube and social content.
• Experience editing YouTube, Reels, Shorts, and documentary-style videos.

Responsibilities

• Edit long-form YouTube videos, interviews, and educational content.
• Create engaging Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Edit documentary-style videos with strong storytelling and pacing.
• Add captions, B-roll, background music, and sound effects.

Roles and Responsibilities:-

• Edit long-form YouTube videos, interviews, podcasts, and educational content.
• Create engaging Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Edit documentary-style videos with effective storytelling, pacing, and transitions.
• Add subtitles, captions, background music, sound effects, and B-roll footage.
• Perform color correction, audio enhancement, and basic motion graphics.
• Ensure video content meets quality standards and delivery deadlines.
• Collaborate with the content team to understand creative requirements.
• Optimize videos for different social media platforms.

Required Skills:-

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After effects.
• Experience in YouTube video editing, Reel editing, and documentary editing.
• Knowledge of transitions, sound design, color grading, and subtitles.
• knowledge of Motion graphics is an advantage.
• Strong creativity, storytelling, and time-management skills.
• Portfolio or showreel of previous work is mandatory.
